On approval of credit, open accounts receive 1% 10 Days, Net 30 payment terms. COD accounts may pay by certified check, money order, cash or company check (with prior approval). We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS. All prices are subject to change without notice.

FREIGHT POLICY

In an effort to better serve you we ship by UPS, common carrier and our own Coastal Hardwood Delivery Service. Material delivered by Coastal Hardwood Inc. will be charged a $35.00 drop fee if delivered to a store location and a $65.00 drop fee if delivered to a job site. The customer must unload all job site deliveries. Coastal Hardwood Inc. deliveries require 24-hour advance notice. Coastal Hardwood Inc. reserves the right to choose the method of delivery, unless the customer is paying for all relevant freight charges. COD shipments by common carrier are charged a $20.00 COD fee plus a minimum $65.00 freight charge. Common carrier shipments can be marked “Hold on Dock” for easy pickup, or shipped directly to your location. Orders placed by 1:00 PM CST can be shipped via common carrier the same day, stock permitting. UPS shipments are charged actual cost.

RETURN POLICY

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on open boxes or used material. All returns subject to prior approval by Coastal Harwood Inc. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable on all shipments except in the case of manufacturer defect or shipping error by Coastal Hardwood Inc. Special order items subject to terms and conditions from the manufacturer.
